Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NewCode Software (“NewCode Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile applications and related software (collectively, the “Software”). It also contains product-specific disclosures for applications that process health and fitness information.

By using the Software, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Software.

1. Information You Provide

The information processed by the Software depends on the features you choose to use. It may include information that you enter directly, such as profile details, preferences, notes, reminders, or other content.

Some Software may offer an optional account, cloud backup, or synchronization feature. If an application offers such a feature, the relevant screen will explain what information is required, where it is stored, and how it can be deleted. Software that does not offer an account does not collect account registration information.

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, protect the Software, or comply with legal obligations.

2. Health and Fitness Information

Some of our Software provides health, fitness, or wellness features. Health and fitness information may include information entered by the user, information generated by an on-device feature, or information accessed from a platform health service after the user grants permission.

Health and fitness information is processed only to provide the user-facing features described in the relevant application. We do not sell health and fitness information, use it for advertising, or provide it to advertising networks.

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate

The Blood Pressure & Heart Rate application (package name com.newcodesoft.blood_tracking) processes the following information when the user chooses to use the related features:

  • Blood pressure readings, including systolic and diastolic values
  • Pulse and heart-rate readings
  • Approximate heart-rate results produced using the device camera and flash
  • Height, weight, and calculated body mass index (BMI)
  • Step counts
  • Water intake and user-defined daily goals
  • Measurement dates and times
  • Notes, symptoms, medication-related tags, daily factors, arm, body position, and measurement context
  • Health-related reminder schedules
  • Local profile information such as name, age, and gender

This information is used to display records, histories, charts, descriptive averages, classifications, reminders, wellness progress, and user-requested reports. It is not used for advertising or to create advertising profiles.

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate is not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure, provide a diagnosis, prescribe treatment, or replace professional medical advice. Blood pressure values must be entered from an appropriate blood pressure monitor. Camera-based heart-rate results are approximate and may vary by device and environmental conditions.

3. Health Connect

Health Connect access in Blood Pressure & Heart Rate is optional. The application accesses Health Connect only after the user selects the connection feature and grants the requested Android permissions.

The application requests read-only access to step-count data. It reads the total number of steps for the relevant day and stores the imported daily total locally for the device-owner profile. Health Connect data is not accessed for advertising, marketing, credit, insurance, employment, or any unrelated purpose.

The application does not write health data to Health Connect. Deleting an imported step record from the application does not delete its original source data from Health Connect. Users can review or revoke the application’s Health Connect permissions at any time through Health Connect or Android system settings. Revoking permission prevents future access but does not automatically delete data previously imported into the application.

4. Camera-Based Heart-Rate Feature

When the user chooses to start the approximate heart-rate feature, Blood Pressure & Heart Rate requests access to the device camera and flash. Camera frames are analyzed temporarily on the device to estimate changes associated with pulse. Camera images and video are not saved, uploaded, or provided to NewCode Software or advertising providers. Only the resulting heart-rate value is stored if the user chooses to save the result.

5. Local Storage

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate does not require a NewCode Software account. Health records and profile information created or imported in the application are stored in the application’s private storage on the user’s device. NewCode Software does not receive these locally stored records.

Application preferences, such as language, theme, units, onboarding state, notification settings, and Health Connect connection state, may also be stored locally on the device.

The operating system may include application data in a device backup depending on the user’s device and backup settings. Such backups are controlled by the operating-system or backup provider and are subject to that provider’s privacy terms.

6. Reports, Exports, and User-Directed Sharing

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate can create PDF reports and CSV files from selected health records. These files are created locally and are shared only when the user initiates an export and selects a recipient or third-party application through the Android sharing interface.

After the user sends a file to another person, application, storage provider, health professional, or other service, that recipient’s privacy and security practices apply. Users should review the destination carefully before sharing health information.

7. Automatically Processed Information and Advertising

Some Software may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or similar operational purposes. The services actually used may differ by application and version.

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or receive information such as:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
  • Device, application, advertising, or account-related identifiers
  • Advertisement views and interactions
  • Application launches, taps, and other product interactions
  • Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash, launch-time, hang-rate, or energy-usage data

Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, service delivery, security, and fraud prevention in accordance with its own policies. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Blood pressure readings, heart-rate readings, Health Connect step data, BMI information, water records, symptoms, notes, medication-related tags, profile information, and generated health reports are not provided to Google AdMob by Blood Pressure & Heart Rate.

For more information, please review:

Where required by applicable law, the Software will request consent or provide privacy choices before using information for personalized advertising or related purposes. Users may also manage advertising identifiers and privacy choices through their device settings.

8. Permissions

The Software requests permissions only when needed for an available feature. Depending on the application and the features used, permissions may include camera, physical activity, Health Connect, notifications, alarms, storage, or similar platform permissions.

In Blood Pressure & Heart Rate:

  • Camera and flash access supports the optional approximate heart-rate feature.
  • Physical activity and Health Connect read-step permissions support optional step import.
  • Notification and alarm permissions support user-created local reminders.
  • Storage or file access, where required by older Android versions, supports user-requested report creation and sharing.

Users can deny or revoke permissions through Android settings. Some related features may stop working when a required permission is denied or revoked.

9. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information received directly by NewCode Software:

  • To service providers that process information on our behalf and under appropriate obligations
  • When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
  • When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security issues, abuse, or violations of our rights
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of users, NewCode Software, or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements

We do not sell personal or sensitive information. Health and fitness information handled by Blood Pressure & Heart Rate is not disclosed for advertising, data-broker, creditworthiness, insurance, or employment purposes.

10. Retention and Deletion

Information stored only on the user’s device remains there until the user deletes it, clears application storage, or uninstalls the application, subject to any operating-system backup retained under the user’s backup settings.

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate allows users to delete individual records, delete a profile and its associated health records, or clear health records from the application’s settings. Deleting locally imported Health Connect step records does not delete the original records held by Health Connect.

Because Blood Pressure & Heart Rate does not provide a NewCode Software account or remotely store its health records, there is no remote health-data account to deactivate or delete.

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or protect legal rights.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by us. Locally stored information is protected by the security controls of the user’s device and operating system. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate device access controls and for choosing secure destinations when exporting or sharing information.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Software is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us unlawfully, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

13. International Processing

Third-party service providers may process automatically collected information in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, applicable safeguards are used by the relevant provider. Health records stored locally by Blood Pressure & Heart Rate are not transferred internationally by NewCode Software unless the user deliberately shares them with a destination of their choice.

14. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights regarding personal information received by NewCode Software, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. To make a request, contact us using the address below. We may need sufficient information to verify and process the request.

For information stored only on the user’s device, NewCode Software cannot access or delete the data remotely. Users can manage that information through the application’s deletion controls or Android settings.

Users can manage Health Connect permissions and connected applications through Health Connect or Android settings. Advertising and consent choices may be managed through an in-application privacy-options interface, when available, or through device and Google settings.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Software, legal requirements, or data practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
